Annalisa Morganti is Associate Professor of Didactics and Special Education at the Department of Philosophy, Human, Social and Educational Sciences at the University of Perugia. After a long international research experience in the field of inclusive education and social-emotional education, Annalisa Morganti decided to found the SEL4i project together with Prof. Pascoletti and Prof. Signorelli, coordinating the development and implementation of the website. From 2017 to 2022, she was the Chair of the European Network on Social and Emotional Competences, focusing on research development in the field of social-emotional education in Europe. Since 2012, she has coordinated a series of projects funded by the European Commission to develop social-emotional competences to promote school inclusion, justice, and social equity. The European project titled "European Assessment Protocol for Children's SEL Skills" (EAP_SEL) aimed at implementing social-emotional education for the first time in primary schools in Italy and other European countries, was recognized as a "success story" by the Directorate-General for Education, Youth, Sport and Culture of the European Commission in 2017. In 2019, the European project titled "Evidence-Based Education European Strategic Model for School Inclusion" (EBE-EUSMOSI) received the "good practice" award from the Erasmus National Agency.In 2015, the Italian Society of Pedagogy and Didactics (SIPED) awarded her the prize for the publication "Emotional Intelligence and School Integration, Carocci, 2012."In 2022, the Italian Society of Special Pedagogy awarded Professor Morganti and her team the prize for the best Italian research on inclusion for the European project titled: "Algorithm for new Ecological approaches to Inclusion" (ECO-IN).She is currently involved in the European project SEL4@LL dedicated to social-emotional education among young people through the use of serious games.Widely recognized for her contributions in the field of social-emotional education and inclusive education, Professor Morganti has served as an "Individual Specialist" consultant for the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) - Section of Global Citizenship and Peace Education and the Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Education for Peace and Sustainable Development.Professor Morganti is the co-author (with A. Signorelli and S. Pascoletti) of the book "Index for Social and Emotional Technologies. Challenging approaches for inclusive education" Routledge: Abingdon, Oxon UK, one of the most recognized books on technologies for social-emotional education and inclusion.Professor Morganti studied Pedagogy at the University of Perugia, where she obtained her Ph.D. in Human Sciences. Currently, Professor Morganti is an Associate Professor of Didactics and Special Pedagogy at the Department of Philosophy, Social, Human, and Education Sciences of the University of Perugia (Italy) and Director of the specialization course for teaching support activities for students with disabilities.Since the 2023-2024 academic year, she has established the first Italian chair in "Social-Emotional Competences for Inclusion" aimed at the initial training of preschool and primary school teachers of the master's degree course in Primary Education Sciences.In her free time, she loves to travel, walk, and spend time with her family and her dog Poldo.

Alessia Signorelli is an Associate Professor of Didactics and Pedagogy at the Department of Philosophy, Human, Social and Educational Sciences at the University of Perugia. Lecturer for the Advanced Training Course for Support Teachers, is a member of research teams in various European and national projects. She has published contributions in both Italian and English and has participated in national and international conferences as a speaker and keynote speaker on topics such as inclusion, social-emotional education, and technologies for inclusion.

Francesco Marsili is a research fellow at the University of Perugia. He earned his Ph.D. with honors in 2023 in Human Sciences with a focus on psycho-pedagogy. He is an adjunct professor for the Specialization Course for support activities, where he teaches "Special Didactics: Cooperative Approach and Metacognitive Approach." He is a subject expert and collaborator in the Chair of Special Pedagogy and Social-Emotional Competences for Inclusion.He has participated as a designer and researcher in various European projects, including "Evidence-Based Education: European Strategic Model for School Inclusion" (EBE-EUSMOSI) and "Algorithm for New Ecological Approaches to Inclusion" (ECO-IN). With this research group, he won the "Research for Inclusion" award from the Italian Society of Special Pedagogy (SIPeS) in 2023.His research topics, on which he has produced numerous publications, include gifted education, school inclusion, and research synthesis methods.

Stefano Pascoletti is a researcher and adjunct professor at the University of Udine (DILL) in the field of pedagogy and special teaching. He is involved in Italian and European research in the area of scholastic inclusion and socio-emotional learning as a member of the research groups of the University of Udine (lab. IncluDeRe), of the universities of Urbino and Perugia (LIFElab). Member of various scientific communities (SIPeS, Siped, ENSEC and SAPIE), he is the author of numerous publications for the edu-tech and SEL area.

Valeria Cesaroni is a Ph.D. candidate in Human Sciences at the University of Perugia. After graduating with honors in Political Philosophy from the University "La Sapienza" of Rome, she worked as a researcher and consultant on the ethical and social impact of AI-based technologies developed by European Horizon framework research projects. She is currently collaborating with the Chair of Special Pedagogy and conducting research on the socio-technical transformations of inclusion and the educational world in relation to technologies based on Artificial Intelligence.

Giulia Testa is a research fellow at the University of Perugia. She graduated with honors in 2017 with an experimental thesis in Special Pedagogy applying the social emotional learning for inclusion in primary school. In 2018, she won the PhD in Educaciòn Internacionalt in Burgos, Spain, during her first year of teaching at the European International Bilingual School of Modena. In 2020, she obtained Master on Disability Studies, with an experimental thesis aimed at the school inclusion of disability through socio-emotional and prosocial activities. In 2023 she obtained a master’s degree in Psychology, with a thesis on "Orientation and self-orientation path from school to work through Evidence Based techniques” to acquire emotional and social awareness during the life long learning. In July 2024, she obtained the research grant by joining Professor Annalisa Morganti's and SEL4i team. In December 2024 she participated in #Hack4BetterLives – digitally enhanced solutions for the analysis and visualization of the OCSE data on social and emotional skills host in Turin (Italy).
